The Position 工作职责： 1，负责仓库日常运营数据的收集、整理、统计和分析，包括货物进出、库存流转、作业效率及操作异常等，定期输出报告和分析结论。 2，通过数据分析和现场观察，寻找仓库日常操作中的效率、质量、合规或安全改进机会，提出可执行的改进方案，并支持落地实施。 3，根据实际操作需求和流程变化，更新相关流程、SOP、作业指导书及记录表单，确保文件内容与现场执行保持一致。 4，支持仓库相关变更和偏差工作，包括起草、执行跟进、证据收集及关闭支持，确保符合质量体系要求。 5，跟踪日常操作中发现的问题、整改项和改进行动，协调相关责任人推进落实，监控进展并确保按时闭环、记录可追溯。 6，跟踪日常运营回顾、现场检查或巡检中形成的行动项，及时反馈进展并升级潜在风险。 7，如业务需要，支持一线仓库日常操作，协助货物进出、现场记录和操作执行，保障现场运行连续性。 8，完成上级安排的其他工作。 能力与经验要求： 1，大学本科及以上，物流、供应链、药学等相关专业优先。 2，具备主人翁意识、持续改进意识和跨团队协作能力。 3，具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力；熟练使用 Excel，具备数据可视化工具经验者优先。 4，具备良好的沟通协调和行动追踪能力，能够与仓库、质量、设施设备、EHS 等团队有效协作。 5，具备良好的英语读写能力，能够理解并准备基础中英文工作文件。 6，具备良好的文件撰写能力；熟悉 SOP、记录、变更、偏差及整改相关文件者优先。 7，具备 3 年及以上仓库、物流、运营支持或数据分析相关工作经验者优先。 8，具备医药、GMP 或其他质量受监管行业经验者优先；有一线仓库操作经验者优先。 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
