About the Program For over 20 years, the ANL & CMA CGM Graduate and Co-Op Program has launched the careers of talented graduates across the Oceania region. Work Location: South Wharf, Melbourne Available Roles Finance Graduate – Financial Accounting Gain practical exposure across Financial Accounting and broader Finance functions through structured rotations. Support core accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payments and debt collection. Assist with month-end reporting, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, while helping resolve accounting queries across the business. Finance Graduate – Management Accounting Develop practical knowledge of Management Accounting and financial analysis through rotations across relevant Finance teams. Prepare and analyse cost accounts, variance reports, journals and financial information to support management decision-making. Assist with month-end activities, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, helping maintain accurate financial reporting and resolve exceptions. About you You hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. You’re an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating in a team environment. You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adapt quickly to new systems and tools. You’re highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
