POSITION SUMMARY: The Graduate Planner is responsible for the purchasing and delivery of Raw Materials/Consumables to the site to facilitate the requirements of the Production Schedule in line with patient demand. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Execute the development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) to ensure that patient requirements are met. Maintain Raw Materials and Components inventories within our goal, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials (SLOB). Contribute to the global balancing of Materials and Components within Global Planning, ensuring efficient and effective procurement and inventory practices and optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability and cost. Ensure that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time to meet plan requirements. Partner with Global Procurement to drive Supplier performance improvement including quality and timely delivery in line with MPS. Track and report site/platform level supplier service performance, communicating the information to the relevant parties. Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse staff regarding rejected/defective materials, making physical arrangements with the supplier to ensure a timely return of goods or disposal. Focus and encourage continuous improvements of the process supported. Support material and component Phase in and Phase out processes. Ensure a high level of integrity and implementation of Credo-based actions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Essential: You are currently pursuing a minimum bachelor’s level degree in either Supply Chain Management or related Business discipline and are due to graduate in 2027 .
