Work Location: South Wharf, Melbourne Available Roles Operations Graduate Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the key responsibilities of the role will include: Gain practical exposure across liner operations, container logistics and related operational functions through structured rotations. Monitor and analyse container flows, equipment imbalances, depot performance, vessel and operational data, supporting effective equipment utilisation. Assist with operational reporting, charter activities, marine information and other projects while working with internal teams, agencies and external service providers. Sales Graduate Reporting to the National Sales Director Australia, the key responsibilities of the role will include: Develop commercial knowledge through rotations while providing analytical, administrative and operational support across Sales activities. Manage and analyse customer accounts, sales performance and market opportunities, including forecasting, CRM data, competitor activity and value-added services. Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders, supporting sales planning, client engagement and commercial improvement projects. Customer Care Graduate Reporting to the Customer Care Director, you will gain exposure to and contribute across all Customer Care teams, including: Gain broad exposure across Customer Care functions, including import/export service delivery, bookings, disputes, invoicing and customer experience through structured rotations. Support customers with shipment enquiries, documentation, bookings and issue resolution, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
