You’ll build your own pipeline of firms and close them end to end, under the guidance of Adrien Cannet , our Lead Accountant Channel. ➡️ What you’ll do Build your own pipeline: You’ll source and prospect accounting firms across France, with no inbound to lean on. Own the whole sales process end to end: qualify, understand how each firm works and where its pain sits and close the deal. Turn firms into referral partners: You’ll get accountants recommending Qonto to their own client base. Use AI to work smarter: Y ou’ll lean on AI tools to prep calls, personalise outreach and speed up qualification. ➡️ What we’re looking for Outbound experience: At least one year of full-time sales experience (CDI), with a track record of building your own pipeline. You’ve closed a full cycle yourself: You’ve owned at least one deal end to end, from first call to signature. You are fluent in French and English: Both are mandatory, with a minimum of C2 in French and C1+ in English. You don’t quit: You keep working quiet accounts without losing energy or tact.
