About the role We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across the telecommunications industry - including wireless carriers, broadband providers, cable companies, and other communications service providers. Telecommunications companies support millions of customer interactions every day across service, sales, billing, technical support, retention, and field operations. Voice is already central to how these businesses engage with customers, creating a significant opportunity for conversational AI to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and unlock new revenue. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative potential of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping leading telecommunications companies reimagine how they serve, support, and communicate with their customers. In this role, you will Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise telecommunications accounts to help ElevenLabs achieve its revenue goals Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency across customer-facing and internal workflows - including customer care, technical support, sales, retention, billing, collections, field service, employee enablement, and multilingual communications Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications
