About the Role As an Account Executive specializing in Paid Media Buying, Social Analytics, and Generative Impact, you will assist the technical and strategic processes across paid social and digital media activation, social listening, and emerging AI search visibility for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This is not a traditional Account Management AE role—you will not be managing day-to-day project logistics, call agendas, or administrative client account management. Instead, your core focus is technical media buying, campaign trafficking, data analytics, social listening, and Ogilvy's proprietary Generative Impact (Generative Engine Optimization / GEO) offering. What You’ll do: Paid Social & Digital Campaign Execution & Media Operations Campaign Setup & Media Buying: Assist in building, launching, trafficking, and managing paid social media campaigns across self-serve ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.) and support activation and coordination across digital media channels such as GOOH (Digital OOH), Programmatic, Search, Direct Partnership and Sponsorships.
