Your Impact We are looking for an exceptional Adoption Engineer to join our team of superheroes. You will have the opportunity to be the customer interface of an exciting new technology. The Adoption Engineer is a member of the ThousandEyes Solutions Engineering team tasked with optimizing adoption and utilization through best practice recommendations. The Adoption Engineer, working in tandem with the Customer Success Specialist, will serve as a post sale technical consultant throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is accountable for ensuring the success of ThousandEyes customers, the execution of adoption-driven playbooks, product trainings, and customer roadmaps. Proactively reach out to customers to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and create technical champions Collaborate with the Customer Success Specialist and Sales team on account strategy Identify customer strategic initiatives and potential use cases Engage with customers to drive adoption through best practice recommendations and increase the value ThousandEyes delivers to their business Actively identify new and expansion opportunities Share customer feedback and enhancement requests with the Product team Deliver product updates sessions highlighting new capabilities that have been released Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of related experience. Experience in at least one of the following customer-facing technical functions: Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services. Experience working with application and network protocols, including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP. Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting application and network infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and business audiences. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, JavaScript). Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Experience with ThousandEyes and/or other assurance solutions. Experience the Cisco Networking portfolio. Why Cisco?
