Join our IHUB organization in Bucharest as a Data Analytics Intern , where you will gain practical experience applying analytical skills and technology in a business environment while learning alongside experienced colleagues. This internship offers the opportunity to turn academic knowledge into practical experience, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build your technical, analytical, and collaboration skills. 💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly salary is 10300 RON Gross . On top of this , you will receive a pro-rated (per month worked) 13th annual salary and vacation bonus. As a Data Analytics Intern within IHUB, you will support the team in executing strategies and contribute to analytics-related projects and initiatives. Your university coursework, academic projects, or personal projects will provide a foundation for these contributions. Working under direct guidance and within established processes and policies, you will collaborate with colleagues in your immediate team and work domain, share new ideas, and participate in change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of team and organizational strategies through analytical and project-related activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. Collaborate and build effective relationships within your immediate team and work domain to maximize your contribution and learning. Apply established processes, precedents, and policies while working under direct supervision. Participate in learning opportunities that strengthen your analytical, technical, and business capabilities. Support change management initiatives associated with new processes and ways of working. During your internship (3-6 months) you will be provided with an onboarding plan and a coach to enable you to succeed. You will also have access to experienced colleagues for mentoring and coaching. Job Qualifications Our Ideal Candidate: Currently enrolled in at least the second year of a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics , or a related field. Business fluency in written and spoken English . Programming Skills : Any previous experience with programming languages such as Python or similar. Project Experience: Any previous experience working on AI or machine learning projects, either academic or professional. AI Knowledge : Understanding of machine learning algorithms or GenAI, agentic frameworks, and AI principles. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Curiosity and Initiative: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
