Company RCI BANK UK LTD Job Description The successful candidate will report to the Head of Treasury & ALM and will provide secondment cover for the Capital Planning Manager Role with specific attention to the update of 2027 ICAAP. Responsibilities: ICAAP Governance: Lead the annual update, drafting, and delivery of the 2027 ICAAP, ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Gap Analysis: Review the 2026 ICAAP to identify governance gaps and implement enhancements matching evolving regulatory standards. Capital Modeling: Update and optimize Pillar 2a (P2a) and Pillar 2b (P2b) capital assessment methodologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business, Risk, and Finance teams to coordinate, review, and robustly challenge ICAAP inputs. Group Alignment: Liaise with RCI Group Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align local processes with Group policies, risk appetite, and strategic goals. Framework Maintenance: Maintain and develop model validation reports, stress testing frameworks, and treasury policies. undefined Knowledge and Skills: Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in parallel. Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and aligned with organisational objectives. 5yr experience working in Capital or relevant Risk function Proven experience in the preparation and delivery of ICAAP documents In-depth knowledge of solvency risk management and stress testing. Knowledge of the car financing market is highly advantageous. Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. Individual Conduct Rules Acting with integrity.
