Job Overview The Analyst, Benefits is responsible for supporting the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs across designated markets within the region. This role serves as a key resource for benefits operations, providing employee support, managing vendor partnerships, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring accurate execution of benefit processes and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with HR colleagues, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure effective, compliant, and employee-centric benefits delivery. The role aligns with an experienced analyst-level individual contributor profile, supporting benefits and total rewards programs through operational excellence, employee guidance, vendor management, communications, and program administration. Key Responsibilities Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits case inquiries and escalations for assigned markets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Support employee leave and time-off programs, including policy interpretation, leave administration, and employee guidance. Partner with external vendors, including Aon and Alight, to ensure effective service delivery, issue resolution, and operational performance. Support annual benefits enrollment and renewal activities, including testing, communications, employee support, and implementation activities. Support benefit program implementations, enhancements, and change initiatives, including transition planning and stakeholder coordination.
