Job Description What is the opportunity? As an experienced Analyst in the Amsterdam office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services. What will you do? Assist in execution of mandated deals Assist in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials Gather public information through numerous sources Create financial model analyses Generate discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics Build company forecast models Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments Produce and maintaining various databases General research What do you need to succeed? Must have University degree or equivalent Investment banking experience or equivalent Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels Teamwork approach with colleagues Strong analytical skills (financial modelling) with high attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint What is in it for you?
