Job Description Job Description: Analyst - Blockchain Technology & Analytics Visa’s Stablecoin team is building cutting-edge onchain infrastructure to change the way money moves. While onchain solutions began as niche and speculative, they are now transforming how value moves across the global financial ecosystem. Visa is at the forefront of this transition. We are rapidly expanding our stablecoin and tokenized money infrastructure to enhance our network and develop solutions for partners around the world. Role Summary We are looking for a technically curious and highly motivated Blockchain Technology & Analytics Analyst to support the evaluation, monitoring, and implementation of blockchain and digital asset technologies. This role combines blockchain data analytics, AI-assisted development and research, technical due diligence, and project execution . The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with blockchain data and infrastructure while also being able to translate technical concepts into clear insights and presentations for business, product, technology, and client stakeholders. The candidate does not need to be a blockchain expert on day one, but should have a strong technical foundation, curiosity about emerging technologies, and the ability to rapidly learn new platforms and tools using AI-assisted development and research. A successful candidate will be someone who can take a relatively open-ended question such as "How is this validator performing?" , "How does this blockchain network work?" , or "Should we evaluate this technology provider?" and independently turn it into a structured technical investigation. They will be comfortable using AI tools, data, APIs, documentation, and hands-on experimentation to quickly develop an informed point of view, and then communicate the findings clearly to stakeholders. Responsibilities Blockchain Technology Research Develop a working understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains , including transactions, smart contracts, validators, nodes, RPC interfaces, and common infrastructure components. Develop familiarity with blockchain ecosystems outside EVM, particularly Solana and Canton . Use AI-driven research and analysis to evaluate the technical architecture, APIs, integration models, security considerations, and capabilities of blockchain and digital asset technology providers. Conduct technical evaluations of platforms and providers such as Fireblocks, Turnkey, Zerohash, Chainalysis, Notabene , and other emerging blockchain infrastructure and compliance solutions. Compare technology providers and clearly document capabilities, architectural tradeoffs, integration considerations, and potential use cases. Prototyping & Technical Experimentation Assist with the development and deployment of proofs of concept (POCs) for blockchain and digital asset use cases. Deploy and test applications, blockchain infrastructure, APIs, and supporting components on AWS and virtual machines . Work with engineering and product teams to evaluate new blockchain technologies through hands-on experimentation. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, troubleshooting, documentation, and technology evaluation. Blockchain Analytics & Validator Monitoring
