Global Equity Derivatives (GED) is seeking a highly motivated Front Office Application Engineer to support, enhance, and develop technology solutions used by our trading, sales, and quantitative teams. This role sits directly within the front office and focuses on building and maintaining business applications, workflow solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools that improve the productivity and effectiveness of front-office users. The successful candidate will work closely with traders, salespeople, quantitative analysts, and technology partners to understand business needs, improve existing applications, and deliver new functionality that streamlines day-to-day workflows. The role offers a unique opportunity to combine software engineering, user-focused application development, and exposure to global financial markets. While prior knowledge of derivatives products and quantitative models is beneficial, deep quantitative expertise is not required. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn these concepts through hands-on experience while working alongside experienced traders, quants, and developers.
