As an Apprenticeship Coach Assessor in our Employability, Skills and Training Services (EST) team, you'll support apprentices throughout their learning journey, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve their apprenticeship goals and make a positive impact in their careers. You'll play a key role in creating impactful solutions for apprentices and employers, providing coaching, guidance and support that helps individuals grow, gain confidence and achieve recognised qualifications. Your work has purpose, helping to create a positive impact on communities, businesses and the future workforce. What you'll do as an Apprenticeship Coach Assessor Support, coach and motivate apprentices throughout their programme, helping them successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard Deliver engaging progress reviews with apprentices and employers, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding requirements Assess learners against apprenticeship standards and maintain high-quality assessment practices Champion inclusivity and implement appropriate support strategies to help learners overcome barriers to learning and progression Maintain accurate learner records within the learner management system and e-portfolio platforms Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and support them to remain on track throughout their programme Work closely with tutors, managers and quality teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality learner experience Promote a positive safeguarding culture that supports learners' physical and psychological wellbeing Does this sound like you?
