This position is within the Light Division. 【募集概要】 自動車部品メーカーにて、品質改善・品質保証活動を担う品質エンジニアを募集します。 本ポジションでは、QRQC（Quick Response Quality Control）活動を中心とした品質問題の分析・改善、工程品質管理、顧客品質対応を担当いただきます。 製造現場と連携しながら、不具合の未然防止・再発防止、品質向上活動を推進する重要なポジションです。 We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvement and quality assurance activities at an automotive parts manufacturing company. This role focuses on QRQC based problem solving, process quality management, customer quality support, and continuous improvement in collaboration with manufacturing teams. 【業務内容】 ■品質問題解決・改善活動 QIM（Quality Issue Management）データベース上でQRQCを起動し、品質問題に対するContainment（封じ込め対応）および対応効果の確認を実施 QRQC活動で発生した品質問題について、APU Manager／Site Managerの問題分析および改善活動をサポート 顧客クレーム・品質不具合（Customer Issues / Non Quality Issues）の撲滅活動を推進 Initiate QRQC activities through the QIM (Quality Issue Management) database, participate in containment actions, and verify the effectiveness and robustness of implemented solutions. Support APU Managers and Site Managers in analyzing quality issues and driving improvement actions identified through QRQC activities. Participate in the elimination of customer issues and non-quality issues through structured problem-solving activities. ■工程品質管理・改善 APU品質管理指標（Customer Returns、Cost of Non Qualityなど）のトラッキングおよび改善状況管理 製造ライン監査（Line Audit）を実施し、Standard未遵守事項を特定、APUと連携して是正処置（Corrective Action）を推進 APU QRQC Meetingにおける品質ルール遵守確認、および「Stop at first disagree」「Stop at first no」の運用徹底 品質問題発生時のControl Plan（管理計画）の見直し・更新 Control Planに基づいた工程能力確認（Machine Capability、Yearly Product Auditなど）による継続的な品質保証 Track APU quality indicators, including Customer Returns and Cost of Non Quality, and monitor improvement progress. Perform production line audits to identify deviations from standards and drive corrective actions with APU teams. Ensure compliance with QRQC rules and promote the principles of “Stop at first disagree” and “Stop at first no” during APU QRQC meetings. Review and update Control Plans following quality issues. Verify continuous process capability and product conformity based on Control Plans, including Machine Capability checks and Yearly Product Audits. ■変更管理・品質保証 製品・工程変更時の4M Matrix（Man／Machine／Material／Method）管理 4M変更に伴う顧客通知・承認取得の推進 工程変更に伴う品質関連文書（Quality Documents）の更新 Manage product and process changes according to the 4M Matrix (Man / Machine / Material / Method). Ensure customer awareness and approval for changes in accordance with 4M change management requirements. Update quality documents following process-related changes. ■品質リスク管理・顧客対応 品質リスク発生時の製造／組立ライン停止判断および対応（Standard未遵守時） 作業者・顧客への安全／品質リスク発生時 LLC Stability Auditで100％未達の場合 Valeo社内における顧客品質代表（Customer Quality Representative）として、品質問題に関するCommunication／Escalation対応を実施 Internal Supplier
