ABOUT THE ROLE BEACON RED is seeking a skilled Arabic Instructor to support the delivery of training programs and business operations within a secure and professional environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction, enabling students to develop strong speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension skills. Design, develop, and implement engaging curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that support effective language acquisition. Continuously enhance teaching methodologies and instructional approaches to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing regular assessments, constructive feedback, and personalized support to encourage continuous improvement. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Studies, Arabic Linguistics, Arabic Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as Arabic Language Instructor or a related Arabic language field. Strong written and spoken proficiency in Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage demanding deadlines. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information professionally. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in the UAE. Experience supporting government, defense, security, military, or other secure environments. Understanding of cultural and operational requirements within high-security organizations. Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
