We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. Responsibilities Support the Operation Manager and Team Leads in daily operations, collaborate with others Supervisors and support departments, when required Oversee technicians' work to ensure maintenance, repair quality, and compliance with safety and operational procedures Resolve technical issues, diagnose problems, and support major repairs, retrofits, and special maintenance tasks Ensure execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and promote the use of predictive maintenance tools Monitor technician performance, control costs, and analyze workload and planning effectiveness Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Support, SOS, P&C, and Safety Prepare and deliver briefings on maintenance performance, operational status, and safety topics Identify issues, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement activities Provide guidance, training, and skill development support to employees while maintaining positive working relationships. Qualifications A Technical Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Technology Experience in wind operations would be a plus Knowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretation Good IT skills, including SAP knowledge Competencies A safety-first mindset Clear and effective communication skills Solid problem solving abilities Well organized and structured Optimistic and solution-oriented demeanor Ability to motivate and support team performance Effective team working capabilities Forward thinking approach with operational awareness Experienced and responsible decision-maker.
