Your AZpire journey Over three years, you will gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations and meaningful business assignments. Your journey may include experience across: AI & Digital Excellence Business Intelligence Sales and customer-facing experience Marketing Medical Market Access ****Rotation sequence and assignments may vary by market, business needs and individual development goals. What you will experience 3 Years: Accelerated Development Journey Build your experience progressively through a structured three-year program designed to broaden your capabilities and prepare you for future opportunities. Rotations: Real-World Business Experience Take on meaningful assignments across different functions and business environments, developing a broader understanding of our customers, patients and healthcare ecosystem. Asia Network: Leadership Exposure and Regional Connections Grow through mentoring, leadership exposure and connections with colleagues and fellow AZpire Associates across Asia.
