The Assistant Relationship Director will support a team of Relationship Directors to source, assess, underwrite and take to completion property development loans, whilst working with the Portfolio Management team to oversee the management of a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Supporting Senior Relationship Directors and Relationship Directors in handling new business enquiries and undertaking an initial assessment and issuing, where applicable, Heads of Terms Supporting Senior Relationship Directors and Relationship Directors in the production of credit proposals Attending client/broker meetings on site when required Overseeing valuation and monitoring surveyor reports; making appropriate recommendations to the Banks Credit function Working collaboratively with the Loan Support Team to progress approved facilities through to legal completion Ensure accuracy of data within the Banks operating systems and ensuring all documentation is correctly produced and issued Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the UK property development finance market with experience of working in a similar function. Proven experience of writing credit papers.
