We are seeking a highly strategic, thoughtful, and analytical Associate Advisor to join our team. This role is best suited to a professional who is passionate about the markets, building meaningful client relationships, and driving the business forward. We’re looking for a collaborative, curious, market-driven professional with hands-on experience in trading and client relationship management. What you’ll do: Deliver proactive, high-quality client service and help identify new opportunities for growth. Lead trading and portfolio rebalancing activities across client accounts. Collaborate with the Portfolio Managers to plan and facilitate client meetings and events from agenda preparation to post-meeting execution. Conduct market and investment research, providing insights and recommendations that help guide portfolio decisions. Support the team with business planning, client segmentation, and the ongoing delivery of our service model. What you’ll bring: Registered Representative (RR) approval with IIROC. Completion of Wealth Management Essentials (WME) or Investment Management Techniques (IMT). A university degree and 5+ years of experience in the investment industry. Proven trading experience and a strong grasp of investment analytics. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills — and a keen eye for detail.
