As Associate Director, Transaction Management, you will take live healthcare opportunities from term sheet through diligence, credit, legals and completion, owning the process and the pace. You will also work alongside our Origination team on live pitches, helping shape structures and pricing at the point where deals are won. This is a role for someone who wants to be hands-on in transactions rather than one step removed from them, and who wants their fingerprints on a franchise that is being built now rather than one that is already finished.
