Purpose: The Project & Portfolio Leader is responsible for establishing and leading the portfolio governance framework, driving strategic portfolio planning and execution, ensuring alignment of investments to CSC priorities, and providing comprehensive oversight of project performance, financial management, resource utilization, and benefits realization.
