This position reports to: Chapter Lead __ Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to join our R&D team in the Electromechanics department. You will support the technological development of solid-state products, contributing your technical knowledge and innovative ideas to identify, propose, and implement advanced solutions in mechanical and thermo-hydraulic applications. - Work model: #LI-Onsite In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Supporting technological development and innovation of solid-state products Identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions in mechanical and thermo-hydraulic domains Collaborating with cross-functional teams on assigned development and maintenance tasks Developing new products and maintain existing products in production Applying technical knowledge in a structured manner, adhering to product standards and regulations Executing assigned tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards Qualifications for the Role Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering Knowledge of Electromechanical and thermo-hydraulic systems. Design to manufactory Problem-solving and innovative thinking Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Technical proficiency and understanding of product standards Attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience in product development or R&D environments preferred. Familiarity with solid-state technology You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
