## Description

Job Description Thomson Reuters provides intelligent information and solutions for law firms, corporations, government agencies, tax, audit, and accounting firms, and academic institutions. The Procurement and Proposal Management (PPM) team is an integrated shared service organization that coordinates proposal responses to formal government and corporate solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, collectively RFXs) for the U.S. and U.K. markets, and responds to customer inquiries such as forms, certifications, and disclosures. The work is collaborative, flexible, fast-paced, and deadline-driven. As an Associate Knowledge Manager, you will help maintain a comprehensive, accurate knowledge base that serves our growing organization and centralized RFX processes. In partnership with product managers, solutions consultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs), you will create and maintain reusable proposal content and tools, apply AI tools under expert editorial oversight, and support special procurement projects. This role is essential to mitigating risk for Thomson Reuters and maintaining proposal excellence, compliance, and sustainable team capacity. Key Responsibilities Repository management Maintain and expand an electronic content repository for designated products (e.g., product descriptions, Q&A pairs) used for RFXs, forms, and customer inquiries. Monitor product roadmaps and enhancement announcements to identify new content for the repository. Respond to content and feedback submissions from proposal team members. Edit, tag, and index submissions with related or new terms. Provide quality assurance for AI-assisted content, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and messaging. Balance AI assistance with human editorial judgment to protect brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and professional standards. Organize and index the repository so proposal team members can use it efficiently. Regularly review and optimize content by removing duplicates, improving messaging clarity, and refining formatting. Write, format, and proof content to meet approved brand and style guidelines, and ensure it integrates easily into proposal templates. Use the repository to help answer customer and internal inquiries and basic formal and informal solicitations with consistent, accurate responses. New product integration Contribute to all phases of new-product integration under the standard onboarding plan. Work with proposal team members and SMEs to expand the RFX content repository with new proposal and forms content. Support development of sole source letters, capabilities statements, RFX templates, and other materials built from repository content. Review existing RFX libraries to identify reusable work product, such as templates, completed responses, informal proposals, forms, certifications, and vendor registration data. Proposal materials and tools Assist in developing proposal materials for formal and informal requests for designated products. Support creation of tools and resources for the sales team and other internal staff for new sales and renewals. Assist in maintenance of Proposal Resource Center (PRC) tools and resources for designated products on a regular schedule. Keep the SME list and contact information current, accurate, and complete. Keep the Knowledge Manager Guidebook up to date. Procurement operations and training Help create and deliver ongoing training on the Qvidian proposal automation system and the RFX content repository. Support development of best practices and streamline processes and tools to manage increasing workload volume. Stay current on Qvidian enhancements, Thomson Reuters product development and acquisitions, proposal best practices, and market trends, including through training from Upland Software (for Qvidian) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in journalism, corporate communications, marketing communications, or library
