JOB TITLE Associate - Marketing | MAF Retail | Head Office Uganda ROLE SUMMARY The Associate - Marketing is responsible to drive effective marketing and loyalty initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and retention while supporting the achievement of business objectives. ROLE PROFILE Marketing Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including campaign execution, budget management, vendor relationships, and performance tracking. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as sales KPIs, customer engagement, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies. Coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives (RUYB). Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional events, and other marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing comprehensive insights into marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure that all Loyalty Marketing artwork is well distributed across the stores. Monitor, control and manage the loyalty programs to meet customer expectations and Company goals. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or relevant . 3+ years in a similar position . Experienced in verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Strong in process management and planning . Highly organised with strong multitasking skills and close attention to detail . English (Full professional proficiency - Required) .
