JOB TITLE Associate, People & Organization | MAF Properties | Central Region ROLE SUMMARY The position is a temporary role, and mainly responsible for providing effective and efficient Human Capital Administration services with regards to Recruitment, On / Off Boarding of Employees and general HC Services on a timely basis, in addition to supporting Government Relations in delivering and completing all related assignments to ensure smooth visa applications. ROLE PROFILE Support end-to-end recruitment administration and coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams. Manage recruitment documentation, personnel files, data entry, and file tracking systems. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions. Liaise with Government Relations and Corporate HR for visa, labor approvals, and medical insurance processes. Coordinate employee logistics, including workstations, access cards, travel, accommodation, and business travel arrangements. Communicate with employees regarding documentation requirements and HR-related inquiries. Prepare and maintain HR reports, process purchase requests, and follow up on procurement and payment activities. Support employee events and training programs, manage final settlement processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are advantageous. 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Business Support, or a related field. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values while providing day-to-day HR support.
