We are now looking for a Associate/Process Specialist to take responsibility of a wide range of back office tasks connected with structured derivatives trading. This includes validating incoming complex derivative trades and ensuring correct and timely trade documentation and settlements. We add value by taking responsibility of a wide range of back office tasks connected with structured derivatives trading. This includes validating incoming complex derivative trades and ensuring correct and timely trade documentation and settlements. As Associate/Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring on-time deliveries of confirmations, settlements and deal capture validation, and provide sparring to traders in Nordea Markets. Main responsibilities in this role: Validating that trades are economically correct and fulfil requirements set out in product approval Immersing yourself into trade documentation linked to different lifecycle events primarily using the ISDA legal framework Maintaining trades throughout the lifecycle Handling derivatives payments You’ll join a highly professional and dedicated team where an interesting job meets with great atmosphere. The role is based in Łódź, Poland. Who you are This is the right role for you if you: Have an eye for the detail and ownership to address shortcomings. Work well with others and have the courage to challenge inefficiencies in processes. Have collaborative and constructive mindset Have high level of time management skills & problem solving approach Your background and skills include: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience would be an asset Good command on MS Office Tools (Outlook & Excel) Willingness and availability to work on shifts, with working hours extending until 6:00 PM.
