Job Description: The Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence function at TD is at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. It harnesses advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to deliver actionable insights and enhance performance, while fostering innovation and competitive advantage. In this role, you will be supporting one of the businesses within TD's Canadian Personal and Small Business Banking segment. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to businesses in achieving critical business outcomes through the delivery of data-driven insights, analytics and AI solutions Own the data, analytics and AI portfolio, translating priorities into a clear roadmap and influencing business strategy and investment decisions Build and scale a best-in-class AI and agentic ecosystem, driving reusable, high-impact solutions across the organization Architect and evolve a high-performing operating model enabling rapid, scalable delivery Lead and develop a large team, building differentiated analytics and AI capabilities Modernize and simplify the business intelligence ecosystem to unlock speed and insight Build a top-tier, inclusive talent bench fostering innovation and accountability Ensure strong governance, risk discipline, and regulatory alignment Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, AI, or data-driven strategy and solution delivery Experience driving and delivering analytics and AI solutions in Big Tech, Fintech, financial services, or consulting Experience with bringing to market practical Gen AI and agentic solutions with practical know-how of AI Tech/tooling and governance frameworks Demonstrated success operating at senior executive levels and influencing strategy Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (data science, engineering, mathematics, business, or finance) preferred Key Skills & Capabilities Commercial acumen and outcome-oriented thinking Strong thought leadership with a bias for bold and transformative thinking High degree of curiosity around business, Tech, and AI Effectively communicate and influence wide range of leaders across business, Tech, and governance functions and multiple levels of leadership Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity Can build strong team culture and lead by example Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
