Role Overview: The Associate VP Marketing, Americas will lead marketing across the Americas, Nuix's largest region representing over 50% of company revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will turn regional business priorities into marketing plans that deliver pipeline and revenue, expand our presence into Canada and Latin America, and grow partner sourced business across the region. You will work closely with the EVP AMER and senior sales leadership as a genuine commercial partner. Location: This position will be based in our Reston, VA office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Reston office for the remaining days of the week. Key Responsibilities Own the AMER marketing strategy, budget and pipeline targets, reporting performance to the CMO and EVP AMER. Lead a team of three, setting goals, coaching your people and growing the Senior Marketing Manager as a future leader. Build and execute integrated demand generation marketing plans across demand generation, ABM, partner marketing, events and sales enablement. Drive geographic expansion into Canada and Latin America, supporting partners, routes to market and localized programs. Accountable for the marketing influenced pipeline growth (direct + partner), with particular emphasis on the US government sector and expansion markets. Lead account-based marketing for approximately 10 priority accounts agreed with the EVP AMER. Align with central marketing teams (digital, product marketing, brand, reputation) to make sure AMER priorities are reflected in global programs. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1 0+ years in B2B marketing, partnerships or commercial go to market roles in enterprise technology or software. A track record of delivering marketing sourced pipeline and revenue in the Americas. Experience building integrated regional plans that connect demand generation, ABM, partner marketing and sales enablement. Confidence working alongside and influencing very senior commercial leaders at VP and EVP level. People leadership experience, including coaching and developing small, high performing teams. Commercial judgement and comfort owning and reporting on a significant regional budget. A genuine understanding of partner ecosystems and how to build partner led growth. Desired Expertise : Experience in marketing technology to US federal or state government market. Background in cybersecurity, forensics, legal technology or adjacent markets. Experience expanding into Canada or Latin America. Existing relationships within partner ecosystems relevant to Nuix's market. Strong instinct for brand, storytelling and thought leadership.
