About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a S&L Attendant to join Sports & leisure at Jumeirah Messilah Beach . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Lead the day-to-day operation and preparation of all Sports & Leisure areas. Clean pathways and pool surrounding areas. Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly. Maintain a continuous supply of clean towels. Remove soiled towels from guest areas and organize them for laundry. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor landscaped areas. Clean beach sand daily. Clean and properly arrange sun loungers, mattresses, and tables. Report unusual incidents, guest complaints, damaged/missing hotel property, and lost-and-found items. Follow fire, hygiene, health and safety requirements. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional guest service. Attend scheduled training and development programs About You: Secondary Education or equivalent. Ability to work under pressure. English communication skills. Ability to take initiative and prioritize. Flexible with good team spirit. Similar experience in a multicultural / 5-star hotel environment is desirable.
