Throughout the day, the role balances immediate operational support with long-term network improvement. This includes reviewing automation proposals, running project stand-ups, removing blockers for implementation teams, auditing adoption at launched sites, and communicating results to leadership. The objective is to make automation reliable, simple for frontline teams, and measurably valuable to the network. Basic qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, automation, engineering, analytics, or program management. - 1+ years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating technical, operational, or project teams. - Demonstrated experience identifying process gaps, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. - Experience using data to evaluate performance and quantify operational impact. - Working knowledge of automation concepts, workflow design, data flows, reporting, and system integration. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and operational
