Your Impact As Axon's Automation Technician, you will be responsible for repairing equipment, supporting manufacturing lines, performing preventive maintenance, quality testing, data gathering, filling out non-conformance reports, and supporting the engineering team and QA department as needed. What You’ll Do Location : Onsite Reports to : Automation Technician Supervisor Direct Reports: None Assemble, install, repair, and maintain automation components and systems. Perform preventative maintenance on production test equipment and subsystems. Provide feedback to Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Training, and Quality teams regarding failure modes and frequency. Directly support the manufacturing line to meet daily and monthly goals. Visually inspect, test, and assemble components or subassemblies using approved assembly procedures. Use a computer to perform testing, download information, or record test data. Use hand tools, machine tools and various types of equipment to repair and test products. What You Bring Demonstrated experience in electronics automation manufacturing Knowledge of electromechanical and vision systems Ability to read and interpret written instructions. Ability to use Digital Multimeter (DMM) Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and vision issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
