Job Description: The Associate Vice President, Programs and Deployment is responsible for leading the strategy, integration, modernization, governance, and deployment of key capabilities supporting TD Wealth's High Net Worth Experience and Specialized Businesses portfolio including Private Trust, Tax Services, Wealth Planning Support (WPS), Wealth Planning Office (WPO), Wealth Insurance Services (WISI), and Philanthropic Advisory Services (PGF). . As the business integrator for the portfolio, the role connects enterprise priorities, planning excellence, client experience, field enablement, operating model evolution, and business transformation to strengthen TD Wealth's position as a leading voice for advice. The role is accountable for advancing strategic growth priorities, enabling planning and advice capabilities at scale, and driving enterprise change initiatives that improve client outcomes, advisor effectiveness, and business performance across Canada Depth & Scope: Accountable for influencing strategic decisions and execution outcomes across multiple Wealth businesses and enterprise stakeholders without direct authority, utilizing matrix leadership, governance structures, and executive influence to achieve business results. Leads a national mandate spanning High Net Worth Experience, Strategy & Deployment, Business Programs & Integration, and Specialized Planning. Responsible for development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, transformation initiatives, and modernization programs. Provides leadership and oversight across complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business segments and enterprise partners. Influences senior executives and stakeholders across TD Wealth and One TD to align priorities, resources, operating models, and business outcomes. Oversees governance frameworks, business performance reporting, capacity planning, portfolio prioritization, and execution management. Leads enterprise change initiatives involving process redesign, digital enablement, AI adoption, operational improvement, and advice modernization. Operates with a high degree of autonomy in managing strategic priorities, stakeholder relationships, and portfolio outcomes. Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree considered an asset. 10+ years progressive leadership experience in wealth management, financial services, strategy, transformation, consulting, business management, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge of wealth management, planning and advice, client experience, operating model design, and business transformation. Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional enterprise programs. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills. Strong financial, governance, business planning, and analytical capabilities. Experience leading organizational change, modernization, digital enablement, and complex program delivery.
