You will be part of the DevEx department; the purpose is to let the module's developers be developers by providing services, applications, and automation to delivery teams. Our mission is to accelerate development time and enhance developer experience. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to guide a team of software engineers building reliable, scalable applications and backend services using Python and .NET. In this role, you will combine practical development, technical leadership, and planning responsibility, playing a key part in both delivery execution and the long‑term evolution of our systems and engineering practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices Fix, debug, and optimize existing applications Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years as a C# .NET Developer or in a similar role Solid knowledge of C#, .NET and Test frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, WPF) Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks Good English proficiency (written and spoken) Competencies Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills Ownership: Takes initiative to identify and address potential problems Continuous Learning: Keeps up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Customer Focus: Understands the importance of delivering high-quality services to end-users What We Offer We offer an exciting and growing job with great opportunities for professional and personal development within a global company in wind energy.
