You will be part of the DevEx department; our purpose is to let module developers focus on development by providing services, applications, and automation to delivery teams. Our mission is to accelerate development time and enhance developer experience. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide a team of software engineers building reliable, scalable applications and backend services using Python and .NET. In this role, you will combine practical development, technical leadership, and planning responsibility, playing a key part in both delivery execution and the long‑term evolution of our systems and engineering practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python Build and enhance APIs, backend services, and microservice-based applications Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments Improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of professional software development experience Solid proficiency in Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django Experience developing and maintaining web applications, REST APIs, and backend services Knowledge of software design principles, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices Experience with Graph DB (e.g., Neo4j) or other database technologies Familiarity with building modern web applications, APIs, and frontend-backend integrations Effective problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills Familiarity with .NET technologies Competencies Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills Structured Approach: Ability to analyze complex systems and solve issues Initiative: Takes initiative to identify and address potential problems Continuous Learning: Keeps up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Customer Focus: Understands the importance of delivering high-quality services to end-users What We Offer Work with a purpose, clearly understanding the value of what you're delivering and how it's contributing to avoid climate change.
