## Description

What You’ll Be Doing: Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer experience. Promote and sell appropriate financial products to meet assigned sales targets. Provide expert guidance and information to customers while upholding the Staff Code of Conduct. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support branch operations. Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols and undergo relevant training. Foster relationships with internal departments and customers to support business objectives. Strict compliance to the Branch Governance Charter and service standards. Follow Operating Procedures and ensure consistent orientation to them. Deliver assigned sales tasks with precision and within set timelines, ensuring excellent customer service. Support branch operations under the supervision of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience. The role involves handling repetitive and well-defined problems with limited solution options. Tasks are performed under direct supervision, following established policies and procedures. There is minimal scope for independent judgment or decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Behavioural Competencies: Fostering teamwork, building collaborative relationships, adaptability and resilience, team collaboration, result orientation, problem solving Functional Competencies: Attention to detail, effective communication, technical proficiency, Initiative in the area of work for achieving sales Identify and prospect new retail customers for bank products. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote personal loans, credit cards, auto loans, accounts, bancassurance, and other approved products. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation. Collaborate with branch team members and support functions to achieve objectives. Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking sales or financial services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of retail banking products such as loans, credit cards, and bancassurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced branch environment. High level of integrity with a strong awareness of compliance standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking CRM systems. Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. Valid banking license or relevant certification (preferred).
