What the day will look like Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of the business line, coordinating risk placements and ensuring driven solutions aligned with client needs. Be a great partner with clients and markets, participating in meetings, negotiations and presentations while strengthening long-term partnerships. Negotiate terms, conditions and capacity with insurers and reinsurers, seeking to optimize coverage alternatives and commercial conditions. Coordinate and develop the Broking team by setting priorities, providing technical support and promoting capability development. Drive growth opportunities by identifying new business alternatives, cross-selling opportunities and solutions that contribute to the portfolio. Monitor the portfolio and key business indicators, following up on renewals, pipeline, results and priorities, and coordinating with the relevant internal teams. Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong technical expertise in insurance and/or reinsurance, ideally in broking, facultative placements or underwriting, with strong technical knowledge of coverage structures. Advanced English, allowing for active involvement in professional meetings, presentations and negotiations with international markets. Strong client orientation, commercial mentality and complex negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and lead challenging situations.
