Job Description: We are looking for someone to help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks within the Brokerage department. You'll be part of that team! You’ll perform general brokerage activities related to the import of international packages. You’ll ensure that imports comply with local customs regulations. Intermediate level of English (B1), both written and spoken, preferred. High school diploma (12th grade) preferred. Fluency in Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Results-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills. Team player. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
