Your Impact as a Business Analyst As a Business Analyst, you help turn complex business challenges into clear insights, practical requirements and actionable solutions. Working at the intersection of business, data and technology, you will support teams in shaping products, improving processes and delivering measurable outcomes for PwC Belgium. You will make an impact by: Analysing business needs and framing problems Engaging stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, processes and opportunities, while challenging assumptions through structured critical thinking. Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process models and acceptance criteria that guide solution delivery. Turning data into insight and compelling stories Using data, analytics and AI-enabled tools to explore information, identify patterns and support evidence-based decisions. Creating clear narratives, presentations and recommendations that make complex findings understandable and relevant to different audiences. Supporting product and change delivery Collaborating with product owners, technology teams, data specialists and business stakeholders throughout discovery, design and delivery.
