What you will be responsible for As Business Analyst, LINK you will: Partner with product leadership, business stakeholders and clients to define use cases, workflows and product requirements. Translate complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications. Work with Product, UX, Engineering and QA to take capabilities from concept through design, testing and production release. Support prioritization of the LINK roadmap and backlog based on client value, strategic priorities, dependencies and risk. Drive clarity on scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks; escalate issues when needed. Support consistent client workflows and interoperability across the GlobalLink ecosystem, including application integrations and APIs. Engage users and client-facing teams to validate solutions, gather feedback and improve adoption and usability. Maintain concise product, release and decision documentation and provide clear management updates. Coordinate effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and other stakeholders. Experience translating complex business and client workflows into scalable technology solutions and working with engineering teams through the product lifecycle. Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, application integration or interoperability concepts preferred. Experience with institutional financial services, electronic trading or Markets preferred.
