## Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our insurance business. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our life insurance products. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Cross-sell life insurance products to existing and potential clients. Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client engagement. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and insurance plans to clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities and client interactions. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent MashreqBank. Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and guidelines. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry. Valid UAE driving license. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for sales and business development.
