## Description

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support Business Banking priorities, with a focus on Business Deposits, partner initiatives, and banker enablement. As a key growth driver, Business Deposits will be a primary area of focus for this role. The consultant will collaborate with product management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex priorities into clear, actionable communications, tools, and resources that prepare bankers for change and support consistent execution. The role will also gather feedback and analyze performance insights to identify gaps, improve resources, strengthen adoption, and drive sustainable business outcomes. In this role, you will: Develop clear, engaging banker enablement content that supports Business Banking initiatives and drives readiness and adoption. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Technology, Business Relationship Banking, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to align content with business objectives and requirements. Synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, concise, and actionable resources that prepare bankers to execute effectively. Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, development, review, approval, launch, maintenance, and retirement. Lead multiple content initiatives simultaneously, establish timelines, manage dependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders. Establish content standards, governance processes, and review cycles to ensure resources remain accurate, consistent, compliant, accessible, and easy to use. Gather banker and stakeholder feedback to identify content gaps and continuously improve enablement resources. Measure content engagement, adoption, and effectiveness, and use insights to recommend improvements that strengthen banker readiness and business outcomes. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:' Experience supporting Business Banking, banker enablement, sales enablement, or financial services initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for varied audiences. Experience translating complex business, operational, product, risk, or policy information into actionable banker resources. Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development skills with close attention to accuracy, consistency, and tone. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment. Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, reviews, and dependencies. Experience developing communications, job aids, guides, presentations, readiness materials, or training resources. Ability to influence, build relationships, and incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using feedback and performance insights to improve content and enablement outcomes. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools. This role supports Business Banking sales enablement through content development, clear communications and practical resources, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and the translation of business priorities into effective banker readiness solutions.
