THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE CIB Markets Boadilla is looking for a Business Oversight Analysis & Control Analyst based out of Ciudad Grupo Santander (CGS), Boadilla del Monte. As part of the CIB Markets Boadilla team, you will be responsible for preparing and publishing monthly management information on Markets Boadilla operations, supporting the business and the teams involved in the reporting process, and performing monthly reconciliations between management accounting data and management reporting data. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Support the monthly financial close, consolidating financial information and ensur-ing the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of business results. Prepare and coordinate inter-business reporting and financial adjustments across multiple geographies, business lines and financial products. Produce financial and management reports, working closely with business teams to validate inputs and ensure that published figures reflect the information submitted. Perform financial reconciliations and control checks, identifying discrepancies and coordinating their resolution with the relevant stakeholders. Prepare offshore financial information, including commissions, business results and supporting reconciliations. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to meet reporting dead-lines and respond to recurring and ad hoc information requests Actively contribute to the automation and simplification of reporting processes. Professional Experience At least 3 years of experience in control and/or results oversight functions, including estimates (Required) Useful experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (Preferred) Education University degree in Banking, Finance, Programming, Engineering or a related field (Required) Master's degree in a related field (Preferred) Languages Spanish (Required) High level of English (Required) Other languages are a plus (Preferred) Hard Skills Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting, including accounting reconciliations (Required) Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking markets and financial products (Preferred) Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial reporting and reconciliation of accounting and management data (Required) Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis and reporting automation tools, such as
