Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. It will be critical to work with the cross-functional team and relevant stakeholders to shape and implement growth strategies for the German Joints Orthopaedics business, including go-to-market models, market development and new access initiatives. The role will build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare systems, purchasing groups and industry stakeholders, while preparing the organisation for new technologies.
