Join PSABC dynamic and multi-cultural team in charge of procuring propulsion fairings and composite finished products for all different Airbus programmes and delivering to all Airbus Plants. You will be responsible for Tactical Sourcing activities and Contract Management, liaising with international suppliers and diverse internal stakeholders. Main tasks: Monitor the execution of the contracts (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company's stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle the optimized application of terms and conditions. In particular to ensure suppliers are delivering expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, costs...) Manage the day to day business relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks (ToW, Claims, Capex, Serial Modifications impact, AOP management/updates...) Monitor product industrialisation with new international suppliers Lead Work Package Teams & feed Multi Functional Team decision process - Contribute to definition & implementation of MFT & commodity's strategy Contribute to product policy with stakeholders through R&T, DtC, incremental development, transversal projects... Lead sourcing activities, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements. Manage and implement derisking plan for a Composite part supplier including Watchtower governance, CFTs, contract novation, financial support initiatives. Contribute and represent PSAB in relevant Task force. Skills/Experience: You will have the following attributes. Procurement experience Commercial and contractual background is welcomed Proven successful experience in teamwork in intercultural & multi-functional environment Efficient project management & Negotiation skills Financial key indicators knowledge Know-how of the Aerostructure market, technical basics and supplier strategies Communication & soft skills, especially with suppliers’ representatives and internal stakeholders Customer expectations knowledge Negotiation level in English This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
