Based in Atlanta, GA, USA, the Cargo Sales Support Agent will support sales activities, customer quotations, reporting, and commercial processes. About the Role The Cargo Sales Support Agent supports Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Product Managers by maintaining sales systems, managing quotations, preparing reports, and supporting revenue-generating activities. Key Responsibilities Support Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Product Managers with daily sales activities. Maintain sales systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Manage customer quotation requests and follow up on quotation materialization. Maintain Salesforce records and other sales management tools. Generate reports and performance updates for management. Support customer relationship management activities and sales proposals. Coordinate regional and global sales initiatives and track deliverables. Provide support relating to sales tools, reporting, and system inputs. Maintain trade partner databases and monitor departmental metrics. Support onboarding and process guidance for new joiners. Qualification About You High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience. Experience in sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, business analysis, or a related field. Strong English communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work with sales tools and reporting platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates must have the current legal right to live and work in the United States.
