Job Description: Job Title: CB IB Ops F2B Transformation, VP Location: Bangalore, India Corporate Title: VP Role Description As a Vice President – Process Engineer , you will be a key contributor to Corporate Bank’s strategic transformation agenda. You will partner Corporate Banking branch operations and coverage support teams to re‑engineer processes, enhance controls, automate workflows, and transform risk‑management and client‑service capabilities . You will help build centers of excellence across process optimization, automation, and data analytics—delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cycle time, resiliency, and digital enablement, in line with Corporate Bank’s operating model. The role reports to the Front to Back Operations Transformation Lead . Corporate Bank – Division Overview The Corporate Bank (CB) is Deutsche Bank’s engine for serving corporate and institutional clients globally. It provides cash management, trade finance & lending, trust & agency services, and securities services, supporting companies’ treasury, liquidity, and transaction‑banking needs. The division plays a pivotal role in enabling efficient, secure, and innovative financial operations for global corporates. Corporate Bank Operations (CB Operations) is a fully front‑to‑back aligned delivery model providing transaction processing, reporting, and cash‑management operational services to CB product lines, while driving standardization, digitization, and scalable operational excellence. CB Operations also partners closely with Corporate Banking branch and coverage teams to support client onboarding, servicing, and transaction execution at the country and regional level. Drive simplification and standardisation, removing duplication, reducing manual touchpoints, improving straight-through processing and shortening turnaround times. Establish robust programme governance, including steering forums, integrated plans, RAID management, decision logs, scope/change control, quality assurance and executive reporting. Own programme financials and benefits realisation, including baselines, business cases, investment tracking, capacity impacts, productivity measures and post-implementation validation. Build alignment across senior global and regional stakeholders in Operations, Product, Sales, Credit, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit. Lead organisational change and adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, procedure updates, role clarity and reinforcement of new ways of working. Use data, process metrics and client/operational insights to identify bottlenecks, prioritise interventions and monitor KPIs, KRIs, service levels and transformation outcomes. Lead, coach and mobilise cross-functional project teams, workstream leads, subject-matter experts and external partners across multiple locations and time zones. Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to executive sponsors; surface trade-offs early
