Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of CEE Brand Activation Manager to work with our International Partners. The role will coordinate and execute the local media and brand activation agenda across key CEE markets (Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, and Bulgaria). Because brand awareness requires a highly targeted, budget-conscious approach in these regions, the role will act as the operational bridge between central Brand Management, local agencies, shopping center managers, and local partners. The role will be responsible for proposing pragmatic media plans, establishing local partner ecosystems, and steering daily campaign execution. Central Brand Management will provide overarching strategic direction and final approvals, while ensuring execution is sharp, cost-effective, and commercially aligned. what you will be doing: Propose Local Media & Activation Plans: Develop pragmatic, budget-conscious media and activation proposals for CEE markets (RO, PL, CZ, HR, BG) tailored to local realities and present them to central Brand Management for sign-off Agency & Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and guide local agencies (media, PR, influencer networks) day-to-day. Ensure local partners stay aligned on brief parameters, brand guidelines, and execution quality Drive-to-Store (DTS) & Mall Media: Drive discussions and coordinate media bookings directly with shopping center management and local owners to secure impactful mall media and vicinity DOOH Targeted Media Coordination: Recommend and execute localized digital media mixes—focusing on geo-targeted social media, local influencer campaigns, and localized digital touchpoints to drive consideration in key CEE cities. Event & PR Amplification: Co-develop and coordinate local event moments and PR concepts, ensuring local external partners handle the physical implementation on the ground CRM Channel Integration: Coordinate local activation messaging with internal CRM channels (where available) to maximize touchpoints with existing customers KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance against defined media KPIs, track execution progress, and deliver clear post-campaign summaries to central stakeholders what we are looking for: University degree 4–7 years of experience in local media planning, brand activation, retail marketing, or agency account management—ideally within fashion, lifestyle, multi-brand retail, or consumer goods CEE Market Acumen: Deep regional market understanding of Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, and/or Bulgaria Strong track record of sourcing, briefing, and coordinating remote agencies, media owners, and local partners from a central or hub setup Solid understanding of drive-to-store tactics, local digital/social media, mall media formats, local PR, and performance KPIs Highly organized, pragmatic, and hands-on coordinator who excels at moving topics forward, keeping partners accountable, and meeting deadlines Fluent in English what's in it for you: Unique learning experience in our company Working experience with great potential for growth Competitive salary Benefits and compensations that you can discover on https://www.orange.md/ro/cariera/beneficii We invite you to join Orange for a unique learning and working experience, with great potential for growth in an innovative environment.
