Job Role: Chief of Staff Location: Bangalore, India Reports to: COO of the office, Ke Zhang Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to Carsten Thoma, the Executive Chairman and President at Celonis. As Chief of Staff, you will be a critical resource to the Executive Chairman and President’s Office, and supporting key customer relationships. This role allows you to work closely with the senior leadership team and make a significant impact on the organization's growth and success. This is your unique opportunity to: experience top level interactions at Celonis customers, partners and other external stakeholders of Celonis. learn how a software company is managed both in daily business as well as strategically planning Celonis’ future contribute significantly to Celonis growth trajectory in the upcoming years gain and grow entrepreneurial competence take ownership and grow your leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Drive and Control Executive Sponsorships and Key Customer Relations: Collaborate with the Executive Chairman and President & the account teams to manage and nurture executive-level customer relationships, including correspondence, and prepare customer meetings. Oversee the development and execution of strategic customer engagement plans and meeting briefing documents. Support executive sponsorships for key accounts and ensure their successful execution. Facilitate Team Communications & Collaboration: Act as a key liaison and buffer between Carten's office and other departments and work closely with the internal communications leader. Facilitate clear and effective communication among different teams. Coordinate the dissemination of strategic updates, initiatives, and priorities to all relevant stakeholders. Organize meetings or workshops to drive forward strategic priorities, coordinating the right participants. AI Productivity Tools & Office Support: AI Tool Development: Architect, build, and continually refine custom AI assistants, workflows, and automation prompts tailored specifically to Executive Chairman and President’s personal operating style. Productivity Optimization: Leverage AI tools for automated executive briefing generation, document summarization, strategic research, speech/presentation draft generation, and meeting preparation. Technology Roadmap: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI, automation, and executive productivity technologies to maintain peak operational performance for the executive office.
